Session Set Up
What do our sessions together look like?
First we discuss some goals and dreams that you have for yourself, your relationships and your community. What would a day in the life of YOU look like if everything was how it should be?
Then we discuss some habits and traits that are unfavorable to you, and that you desire to change.
If you contact me a week in advance, I can create a personalized script to suit your exact needs, so that in your first session we can jump right in.
You can purchase a custom professional recording of your hypnosis session, narrated by me, if requested.
Then in consecutive sessions I will take home the things we discussed together and write you personalized scripts as well as gather other tried and true hypnosis techniques to lead you towards your goal.
For best results it would be wise to incorporate hypnosis into your daily life for at least 30 consecutive days. I offer personal recordings for you to download at a small additional fee. Otherwise, I have some favorite YouTube hypnosis videos I can "prescribe".
When you book a session you will receive a message that will ask you to write some details about what you are looking to gain from hypnosis.

Despite what you have seen in movies (fiction), you probably think hypnosis is a form of hokey magic, and you may have even put hypnosis in the same category as a Psychic Reader...
But hypnosis is actually quite scientific. It all has to do with natural brain wave states.
"People are induced (through visualization and relaxation techniques) into a relaxation state, or alpha brain wave activity," Edie Raether, MS, CSP, a hypnotherapist and behavioral psychology expert, "It is a meditative state where the client is more open and receptive due to being relaxed."
Our habits, both good and bad, are formed when we are in a state of relaxation. The way to form new ones and get rid of unwanted ones permanently is done the exact same way- through relaxation.
It's pretty simple, a relaxed mind is a happy mind!
